Travel Team Managers Resources
Welcome Team Managers!
This guide is your go-to resource for managing your team throughout the season. From equipment to game day logistics, we've got you covered.
Travel Team Managers must attend one session for each of the meetings below:
- ERYHA Team Manager meeting, which includes iPad, practice and game jersey, and puck bag distribution.
- Thursday, October 9 - 7pm at the Rink
- Monday, October 13 - 6:30pm at the Rink
- D10 Manager meeting - you will be fined if missed (not ERYHA rule)
- Oct. 14th - 8:00 PM - Fogerty Arena
- Oct. 21st - 8:00 PM - Princeton Arena
- Oct. 28th - 8:00 PM Anoka Arena

ERYHA Information
Team iPads
Managers are offered an ERYHA-owned iPad for use during the season.
Return Requirements:
- iPad, charger cable and block must be returned at the end of the season
- Missing items will be invoiced:
- iPad: $300
- Charger cable: $15
- Charging block: $15
- Clear all personal data and restore to factory settings before check-in
- Return dates will be communicated by ERYHA
D10 Information
Team Game Day Responsibilities
Game day responsibilities can be added to the Crossbar mobile app for parents to easily see who is assigned which task for every game. Check out this help guide from Crossbar to learn more about this feature.
Gamesheet Information
Scrimmage Information
- Home team pays for and schedules ice, and schedules referees
- Visiting team pays for referees (reimburse home team)
- Keep proof of payment for all expenses
Game Jersey Sizing
- Each team receives a jersey bin - no extra sizes or numbers available; specific number requests will not be honored.
- Jersey sizes generally match numbers (lower numbers = smaller sizes)
- Two goalie cut jerseys included
- Distribute by size first; second-year players get number preference first
Third Jerseys
- Please work directly with the sponsor to collect the funds for inclusion in your team's slush fund.
- Sponsor name can be added at the bottom of jersey on the back side as text (no logos). Artwork must be approved by the ERYHA Board prior to production. Please reach out to your Level Director with your finalized design for approval.
Team Sponsorships
- Please work directly with the sponsor to collect the funds for inclusion in your team's slush fund.

- Note that direct sponsorship of a team does not grant the sponsor benefits listed within the ERYHA Sponsorship Program.
