Less than 60 days from the event start date: If a waitlist team is available and accepts, a full refund minus the $100 registration service fee will be refunded. If no waitlist team is available, YOU must find a replacement.

Every effort will be made for a 4-game guarantee, but due to registration numbers it may be necessary to adjust the numbers of games played.
