Fundraising
Fundraising plays a vital role in supporting ERYHA’s programs and keeping hockey accessible for all families. Each player is expected to sell raffle tickets as part of our annual fundraising effort—$250 per player, with a family cap of $500. There is an alternative buyout option offered during the player registration process.

Raffle Ticket Payment
Raffle ticket payment is due at pickup. You keep the money from tickets you sell.
- Accepted: Cash or check (must be from an ERYHA member)
- Checks are deposited in December by the Gambling Manager
- Exact check deposit date will be emailed in advance of deposit
Raffle Ticket Pickup and Drop-Off
Raffle tickets will be available for pick up:
October 21st - 5:30pm - 8:30pm - at Elk River High School Positive Coaching Alliance Workshop
October 23rd - 5:30pm - 8:30pm - Arena Lobby
October 24th - 5:30pm - 8:30pm - Arena Lobby
October 28th - 5:30pm - 8:30pm - Arena Lobby
October 30th - 5:30pm - 8:30pm - Arena Lobby
November 1st - 9:00am - 2:00pm - Arena Lobby
November 6th - 5:30pm - 8:00pm - ERYHA Office
November 13th - 5:30pm - 8:00pm - Arena Lobby
November 18th - 5:30pm - 8:00pm - Arena Lobby
Completed tickets can be dropped off in the ERYHA dropbox at the Furniture and Things Event Center.
Use the envelope provided at pickup and do not include payment, as tickets are prepaid.
Raffle Drawing
Raffle drawing will be January 15th 2025 at Sammy's Pizza & Restaurant.
Prize Winners
All prizes will be mailed to winners no later than May 31, 2026.
