If you have a team that will be playing in a tournament prior to rostering day, please let the Rostering Coordinator know. The Level Directors have to let him know which teams that will require a early sign off. Late notice on potentially interferes with your teams ability to play in any early season tournaments.
We do NOT give out mass team rosters/emails. During registration this information was entered by the participants. If it needs editing & they cannot complete this by going to ‘my profile’, contact the ERYHA Secretary HERE. However, please ask them to log in > my profile > make changes. They can most likely fix issues themselves.
There are 2 options to email your team from Sportsengine:
Option 1:
Log in > your team page > click to edit mode (upper left) > Admin > Manage Team > (in this mode, it will default to what sports engine users have set profile settings to email/text or both, they can do this from the main log in page drop down box under my profile) > click all boxes or a few members > message > send your message.
In this area you may see a note next to a name stating ‘invite’, this is common if we have a coach or a spouse who has a separate sport engine acct or is not yet a member, you can add as you wish & send invite, however if it is a spouse they will just get duplicate emails, if it is a non parent coach reach out to ERYHA Secretary or Rostering Coordinator so we can remind them to ‘become a member’ of sports engine.
Emailing your team:
Option 2:
Log in > from home ERYHA page > click the drop down next to your log in name > Groups > highlight appropriate team group > send message (individual or all)
To request a ref for a scrimmage, visit this page.
Typically, when you host a scrimmage, the home team will cover ice and the visiting team will cover the cost of refs. Home team will request refs and will have to pay the ref fees at time of request. Visiting team will need to reimburse you. Be sure to keep proof of payment for their records.
PLEASE note that game jerseys are the property of ERYHA. The $150 registration agreement per jersey covers cleaning & repairs, not replacement. We have a limited number of jerseys in equipment room inventory. If you have placed captains ‘A’ or ‘C’ on your jerseys it is your responsibility to remove, Geared Up will do this for a fee. Thank you for your cooperation.
Each team will receive a bin with the game jerseys available for that team. There are NOT extra jerseys to swap out in different sizes or numbers. Traditionally, game jersey sizes coincide with numbers (smaller numbers= smaller jerseys) as well as two goalie cut jerseys per team. The team manager is responsible for coordination of game jerseys, please make sure you know player sizes prior to this as you will not be able to trade out jerseys.

All scoring is done via ipad on the GameSheet platform.
Managers/Teams are offered an ERYHA owned ipad for season use.
The iPad, charger cable & block must be returned at season end.
Managers will be invoice the price of $300 for unreturned ipads, $15 for unreturned charging cables and $15 for unreturned charging blocks.
Return dates will be communicated at the end of the season. You must clear your personal iCloud, screen lock passwords if applicable and restore to factory settings upon check in.
LRM are required for every practice/game. All LRM must be inside the locker room. Monitors must have the following complete: USAH#, Safesport, & Background Screening. Team Managers must have all LRM from their team complete the link! D10 will fine any team that is in violation, these fees will not be paid by the ERYHA, they are the responsibility of the team.

Online Screening process required for all Coaches, assistant coaches, managers, locker room attendants, board members.
Please make yourself aware of this policy. This is not optional. ERYHA is required to mandate locker room monitoring for all D-10 and USA Hockey youth teams.
As a leader within your team, it’s always good to make sure you understand the rules of the road with respect to our both our affiliate and association’s policies documents. Please make sure you review and your relevant staff (coaches, managers) are at least general familiar with the following, all of which can be found in our association’s Policy area.
