The following positions will fulfill ALL required hours:         

•  ERYHA Board Members

•  Platinum Level Sponsorship 

•  Rostered Head Coaches

•  Rostered Assistant Coaches (max 3 per team)

•  Team Manager (one per team)

Approved volunteer opportunities that will apply towards the 10 hour volunteer requirement (all will be tracked via Dibs):

•   Tryout volunteer (Parents/family are NOT allowed to volunteer in the rink your skater is trying out in)

•   Tournament volunteer

• Gold Sponsorship- Half of volunteer hours credited

•   ERYHA Golf Tournament volunteer(if applicable)

•   Open House and registration volunteer (if applicable)

•   SKATE banquet volunteer

•   Equipment volunteer

•   Approved board member assistants

Team and other tasks that will NOT apply to the 10 hour volunteer requirement:

•  Non-tournament game scorebook recorder

• Preskates

•  Non-tournament game penalty box operator

•  Non-tournament game clock operator

•  Locker room attendant (game and practice)

•  Photographer

•  Team web administrator

•  Banner

•  Team year end party planning

•  Team apparel orders and/or making

• Helping with practice if not a registered coach

•  Any other tasks not mentioned above
