| PIN and or Email Address problem | |

I made one request and apparently the person on your end had no problem accessing my family page. When I try to access the family page, I cannot. When I request my PIN under the "forgot my pin" category,the system does not recognize my email. When I attempt to enter undere " name and pin", I use my last name and the pin of xxxxxx. If the system has it differently, I need to know. The problem is that I had at one point registered for volunteer hours and now I have no way of looking them up. The system used to work for me using my last name and the previous pin. Something changed. I am supposed to work this weekend 2/31 - 2/1 for the tournament but can't access correct times. Now you have my email, name and pin. Can someone help, please. Hopefully soon. |

We could not locate your family's PIN. In our database we have PIN's of 380, 361, 362, then it goes to 364. We're not sure how this happened or for what reason but you will have to request a new PIN in order to register. Thanks, |
