| Registered for pin but won't log in | |

Our family had registered for a pin (using my wife's email address) and when attempting to log in for volunteer hours, it states "You have entered an invalid name and/or pin number". We received the pin number confirmation email and have attempted to use it with our last name. What are we doing wrong? Thank you, Ron |
