  I have not received my pin # and requested the pin to be sent to my email.  I still have not received it.  I would like to register on line.

Your pin was assigned and returned to you quite some time ago.  Please use the pin reminder feature to get it.  Please remember to check your spam folders after doing so.

Please check with your provider.  The website is sending it.  Something on your end is blocking it from being received.  If you have firewall or security software installed on your PC, disable it to use the reminder and then enable it again.  We have seen that some applications such as Norton Internet Security stop email reminders from functioning.
