Elk River Youth Hockey is known throughout the State of Minnesota as one that represents deep values of sportsmanship, honesty, and integrity.  As part of the mission to expand participation in the sport of hockey, ERYHA aligns itself with sponsors and partners that help us continue to bring an excellent volunteer-driven program to our kids and young adults.

Outlined below are the various sponsorship levels available within our organization.

How can the money be used?

Here are the different opportunities, and please keep in mind that the money can got to one, two or all of the following, dividing up the money as you see fit.

- Individual Team Sponsorship. Help a team offset the many costs associated with traveling teams that they incur throughout the season. Please note that a portion of this total amount goes to the association.

- Scholarship Sponsorship. Help families offset the many costs associated with a hockey program.  ERYHA has a three person committee (Board Members: President or VP, Treasurer and Registrar) that coordinates the process to ensure confidentiality of our hockey families in need.

- Mite Jerseys. Have your company logo on a C or D Mite team jersey.   Your logo would be the only logo on the jersey aside from ERYHA. There are roughly 7-10 players per team at these levels and they keep their jerseys forever. To do this option, it is a minimum $500 Bronze level commitment.

- S.K.A.T.E Banquet. Our annual SKATE banquet is an opportunity to recognize skaters that also do great in the classroom. Donated money is used to purchase gifts for the kids. We are able to use donated money to buy items like hockey equipment (shooting nets, games) and high dollar electronics (ear buds, speakers etc.). The kids get very excited for these gifts. Winners are picked on the night of the banquet. We are proud to say we average 250-275 skaters in attendance each season! 

The deadline for submission of Sponsorship which provide exemptions for certain association benefits (raffles/volunteer exemptions) is October 31st. - NO EXCEPTIONS!

All sponsorships need to be registered HERE 

Please note that all sponsorship payments MUST go through the ERYHA Treasurer who will clear the payment and disperse funds to appropriate team, etc.  A team manager may not cash a check from a parent or community sponsor directly, this is cause families or sponsors to miss out on the benefits involved.

SPONSORSHIP DETAILS 2023-2024

Platinum $2,500

• Recognition: ERYHA website with hyperline, social media, and team page if applicable
• ERYHA branded team plaque
• Credit for all raffle ticket sales AND credit for all required volunteer hours
• $625 minimum will be directed to association
• Up to $1,875 can be directed to team slush fund

Gold $1,500

• Recognition: ERYHA website with hyperline, social media, and team page if applicable
• ERYHA branded team plaque
• Credit for one player ($150) raffle ticket sales AND credit for halfrequired volunteer hours
• $375 minimum will be directed to association
• Up to $1,125 can be directed to team slush fund

Silver $1,000

• Recognition: ERYHA website with hyperline, social media, and team page if applicable
• ERYHA branded team plaque
• Credit for one player ($150) raffle ticket sales 
• $250 minimum will be directed to association
• Up to $750 can be directed to team slush fund

Bronze $500

• Recognition: ERYHA website with hyperline, social media, and team page if applicable
• ERYHA branded team plaque
• $125 minimum will be directed to association
• Up to $375 can be directed to team slush fund
